Service Manager Position Description
Reports to Service Department Head
Supervises all Front of the House employees: Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, Host
Productively leads, provides incentives, and motivates all employees
Participates in training of all Front of house employees
Participates in disciplining of all Front of house employees
Provides employee performance evaluations
Oversees facility safety and cleanliness
Assures quality service
Addresses customers concerns
Follows monetary procedures
The prospective Service Manager will need:

Provide support and constructive feedback to employees
