Line cooks set up their station for service, maintain product presentation, quality and cook
time standards and prepare all menu items according to recipes and presentation specifications. Other responsibilities might include daily food prep, cleaning and sanitizing work area, and other duties as assigned. Line cooks must practice exceptional safety, sanitation, and food handling skills in all aspects of the job.
