Busy restaurant seeks a leader for our kitchen staff. Responsible for all food service duties. Scheduling, ordering, training, production schedules, new menu development, daily specials, catering, special events. We try to create as much as possible from scratch and keep our menu fresh and changing through our Daily Specials. Lots of hours, but very satisfying work. Health and Dental available after 60 days (fully paid). Sign-on bonus after 90 days and generous bonus yearly based on food cost.
