We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to help oversee daily operations in the back of house. Successful candidates will have a dedication to efficiency, consistency and cleanliness in the kitchen.
The Kitchen Manager will:
Report to the Chef/BOH Department Head
Supervise all BOH employees
Participate in training and retraining of all BOH employees
Participate in disciplinary actions for all BOH employees
Complete employee performance evaluations
Assure quality and consistency of food being served
Oversee facility cleanliness and safety, reporting any issues as needed
Address customer concerns as needed
Follow monetary procedures
Follow established recipes & production guidelines
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Prior restaurant kitchen experience is required.

Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate staff
Ability to provide constructive criticism
Good problem solving skills
Customer Service skills
Willingness to step in and help wherever needed in kitchen
Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety regulations
Familiarity with labor laws
Ability to manage a team in a fast paced environment
Valid Driver License and clean driving record
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
We offer Health, Dental & Vision insurance to full time employees; managers are eligible 1st of the month following 30 days. 401(k) after 1 year of service, 1000 hours & age 21, with annual match.
