Chef Tory Miller's award-winning, farm-to-table fine dining restaurant, L'Etoile, is seeking a few individuals to join our team as support staff members.
Hosts are responsible for initial guest greets, working with our OpenTable system, coat check, guest seating.
Runners are responsible for taking dishes from the kitchen to dining room tables, clearing dishes, watering tables.
Opportunities to further learning and move up within the team are available to those with strong initiative!
Applicants for both positions should:
- Have experience in upscale hospitality, either previous fine dining restaurants or hospitality training
- Have existing extensive knowledge or eagerness to learn about food ingredients, wine, and spirits
- Demonstrate poise under pressure
- Be teamwork minded
- Demonstrate fine attention to detail
- Be self-motivated
L'Etoile offers dinner service Tuesday-Saturday evenings. Applicants must be available for weekend shifts.
