At our new Buck & Honeys Monona location we will be looking for line cooks, prep cooks, and catering chefs. We are looking for team members that are driven, innovative, and can work well with others. We are a high-volume restaurant with a brand-new state-of-the-art kitchen. All our dishes are made and prepared in house, and we pride ourselves on utilizing the freshest possible ingredients.
We are searching for line cooks, prep cooks, and catering chefs. In all these positions the starting pay will be ($15-$20)/per hour. This will vary based on experience and knowledge of the industry. Throughout your time at Buck & Honeys that number can grow as more experience is gained.
We are also in search of dishwashers for our new location. This position is one that is overlooked, as it has very high potential for growth throughout your time at Buck & Honeys. We have many dishwashers that move on to be prep and line cooks as they learn more about the industry. The starting pay for dishwashers is ($13-$16)/per hour, which can grow as experience is gained. The biggest qualitys we are looking for are hard-work and efficiency.
What do I need to become a COOK at Buck & Honeys?
Minimum of 1-year experience in a high-volume kitchen
Experience with plating dishes
Ability to keep composure under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional communication and listening skills
Ability to work a variety of day/nighttime shifts along with week/weekends and holiday
What do I need to become a DISHWASHER at Buck & Honeys?
Some restaurant experience (preferred)
Ability to work hard even when under stress
Ability to communicate with the chefs
