Maintenance Technician - Full Time - 1st / 2nd shifts as needed - Monday - Friday
a) Under general supervision of designated supervisor, performs prescribed preventive maintenance services on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning machinery and component parts.
b) Installs, repairs and maintains basic electrical fixtures and components.
c) Installs, repairs and maintains basic plumbing fixtures and systems.
d) Capable of providing finish level painting tasks, via brush, roller, and air assisted spraying equipment.
e) Performs minor wall repairs, to include the application of drywall, joint compound and the repair and application of wallpaper.
f) Performs carpentry services to repair and maintain furniture and fixtures. Capable of using power tools associated with the carpentry trade.
g) Requisitions replacement and/or new parts.
h) Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
a) While on call is able to respond to messages within 15 minutes and reach the property within 45 minutes or contact other maintenance staff member that agrees to report to the property within timeframe. (Please note that time spent traveling to and from the facility will be compensated as well as time worked.)
Performs other related duties as required.
