Fresco Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge is looking for line cooks join our back of the house team!
LINE COOK
The line cooks tasks include setting up their station for service, maintaining product presentation, quality and cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to recipes and presentation specifications. Other responsibilities might include daily food prep, cleaning and sanitizing work area, and other duties as assigned by the sous chef or executive chef. Line cooks must practice exceptional safety, sanitation and food handling skills in all aspects of the job. Strong organizational skills preferred.
