Sushi Line Cooks are responsible for preparing sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, sauces, and other items from our sushi menu.
The right candidate for the Sushi Line Cook will possess the following qualities and abilities:
A sense of genuine hospitality and love for culinary arts.
The ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions/recipes.
Must retain knowledge of techniques, tools and equipment, and safety protocol in the kitchen.
Must follow food safety guidelines.
The ability to stand for multiple hours.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
