The Sous Chef will be part of the culinary team that serves a made-from-scratch menu. They will work alongside the Chef in executing culinary and managerial skills to help maintain and enhance the guests satisfaction as well as develop team members.
The Dining Room Manager will deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences by responding to guest needs, concerns, complaints and feedback with a sense of urgency, poise and good judgment. The Dining Room Manager supports the growth and development of team members by setting clear performance expectations and daily direction, providing immediate performance feedback and continuous on-the-job training as necessary.
