The Sun Prairie Nitty Gritty is now hiring for a Shift Manager/Assistant Bar Manager for nights and weekends heading into summer. Previous experience in bartending is required. Must have some combination of Friday night, Saturday am or pm, and Sunday am or pm free. Must be outgoing and friendly with a good ability to multi-task! Flexibility available in scheduling around other jobs and commitments. If you like working in an upbeat, fast-paced atmosphere, this might be the job for you! Assistant Bar Manager duties include: liquor and beer orders, invoicing, planning promotional ideas and products, selecting tap lines, and putting together creative seasonal cocktail menus.
