Otto's Restaurant is seeking a full time sous chef or experienced line cook with strong cooking and organizational skills. Qualified applicants who have the ability to work all stations within the kitchen will receive above average compensation, meals, uniforms, paid time off, and a stable work environment. This is a salaried or hourly position with a Tuesday through Saturday work week and the first Monday of each month. All major holidays off. If you enjoy preparing great food, providing an excellent dining experience, & no late nights, then this is the position for you. Room for eventual advancement to Chef de Cuisine for the right candidate.
