The Nitty Gritty Restaurant Group is looking for a full-time Kitchen Manager/Head Chef at our Sun Prairie location. We are looking for a dynamic individual with line cook experience who is also interested in training and hiring new staff and getting them up to speed.
The Nitty Gritty is a high-volume, dynamic operation with three locations in vibrant Dane County. Having a great history as a successful family business for 50 years, we are an established restaurant with a great reputation. We are a full-service restaurant serving everything from an extensive weekend brunch to a late-night menu, and everything in between!
Schedule is flexible but will consist of some nights and weekends on a consistent basis. This position comes with a full benefits package including insurance, bonuses and potential for advancement.
