Hiring & Staff Services is looking to hire a temporary Accounting/Administrative Assistant with experience in light accounting and administrative/clerical tasks, who can work independently in a fast-paced, modernized, government office in downtown Madison.
Pay & Hours:
$16- $17/hr. – To start
Full-time, M-F, 8:00a-4:30p
Work Location: Downtown Madison – temporary contract work at client site.
Responsibilities include:
AP/AR related tasks, invoicing, audits and reconciliation
Create and analyze spreadsheets of account data
Schedule and process vendor payments
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or Higher (Desired) – Business or Accounting related concentration preferred
Minimum of at least 1+ year of proven accounting experience
High proficiency in all MS Office Software
