Business Analyst, you will work closely with a team of stakeholders to improve software and evaluate business systems within the COMPAS software. This is a two-year contract, (with full benefits) with the possibility of extension. Location: Onsite in Madison, WI Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and users needs for the Equivant COMPAS software.
Execute and build testing that is required for the delivery of an effective COMPAS.
Work closely with the operational group to help identify areas of optimization.
Test, upgrade, and configure different software.
Communicate software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
5+ years’ experience in the Business Analyst/Consultant field or related area
Experience in Agile environment and System development
Background in the Change management system
Experience working in a correctional or government environment
JIRA experience
Experience in process improvements and IT systems integration
Experience in User Acceptability Testing
Expert Test script maintenance and Test automation
Desired Skills:
Previous knowledge of Equivant COMPAS software
