Required Availability:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm and every 3rd weekend via participation in an Supervisor/Responder rotation. Occasional early mornings and late afternoons may be required based on the needs of the clients and agency.

Compensation:

Competitive annual salary starting at $41,600.00 or more based on experience. Opportunity for performance based increases and/or bonuses.

Description:

The Associate Director of Client Services (ADCS) ensures the delivery of high quality services by coordinating, managing and participating in the residential and community based direct support of clients in the Lakeview Supported Living Services network. The position is a mix of both case management, administrative and field work and reports to the Director of Client Services. The responsibilities of the Associate Director of Client Services may include, but are not limited to:

Developing and maintaining a strong rapport with new and existing clients/guardians.

Participating in the assessment of potential new clients.

Participating in the development and review of Support Plans, including:

Creating client specific narratives

Identifying client needs and documenting appropriate support strategies

Identifying and developing appropriate support schedules/shifts including associated Tasks and Wellness Questions.

Identifying and planning daily (weekly and monthly) activities

Successfully implementing Support Plans.

Maintaining a strong understanding of the Support Plan for each client.

Coordinating, managing and overseeing the support of clients as per their Support Plan, including:

Participating in direct support via scheduled shifts, errands, appointments and enrichment activities.

Attending internal and external team meetings

Monitoring schedules and the completion of Tasks and Wellness Questions

Scheduling Support Staff into open shifts.

Overseeing and documenting the quality of support being provided to each client and suggesting and implementing improvements

Overseeing and documenting Client Services Manager and Support Staff performance

Participating in administration of performance reviews and disciplinary measures for Client Services Manager and Support Staff.

Participating in recruiting and interviewing new Client Services Managers and Support Staff.

Conducting Meet and Greets (introductions) and providing initial and ongoing training for new and existing Client Services Managers and Support Staff.

Assisting the DCS with office and field based tasks as needed.

Assisting the Director of Business Services with pre-payroll processing, orientations and other Client/Support Staff related administrative tasks as needed.

Participating in the Supervisor/Responder rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:

College Degree preferred.

At least 2 years of Direct Support experience.

At least 2 years of case and/or program management experience in Health Care, Social Services or Human Services.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and lead a team.

Ability to successfully pass a Caregiver Background Check.

A valid driver's license with personal transportation that is reliable and insured.
