Requires working occasional weekend shifts and rotating holidays. Adhere to the CNA scope of practice as set forth by the State Board of Nursing.Assist residents as needed in all activities of daily living, using guidelines as set forth in the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) plan.Provide a timely response to call lights and resident requests.Complete assigned mealtime duties, record intake of meals, fluids as ordered, and snacks.Additional duties as assignedCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Wisconsin is requiredMust have First Aid card and be CPR certifiedA minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA is strongly preferred.Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
