Working Partnerships is hiring for a job coach. Join an excellent team and work with clients with disabilities at various job sites in the community. Currently looking for a person to work with our clients in Dane County in the Greater Madison area. In addition to Madison, we also have job sites in Mt. Horeb, Verona, Middleton, Cross Plains, Black Earth, Mazomanie, Oregon, Stoughton, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, Windsor and DeForest.
Must be dependable and on-time person. Need own reliable transportation between job sites, and you will be reimbursed for work related mileage. Need ability to work independently with 1 or more clients at a time. Need to be creative, caring and conscientious. Must be willing to be flexible in schedule from day-to-day. Looking for people with morning availability. This is for a Monday to Friday position, with no weekends or evening hours.
Hours are part-time, around 25 hours a week with the possibility of additional hours. Looking for people with experience in the human service field, but willing to train the right person including those with real life experiences with adults with disabilities. Starting wage is $13.50 per hour with raise after end of probationary period. Eligible for paid vacation and personal time and holiday pay after end of probationary period as well.
