Capitol Lakes, a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the heart of downtown Madison, is currently seeking a full-time nurse to help cover the PM shift on our Skilled Nursing unit. Our nurses help assure quality health and rehabilitation services are provided to assigned residents. The LPN/RN is responsible for participating in deliver of person-centered, individualized, clinically competent care. Assists in maintaining standards of care, evaluates the process of care, resident outcomes, and appropriate use of resources and personnel. Participates in coordination of health services with allied departments. Guides and monitors the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants.Work Schedule: Full-time, PM. 2:00-10:00 p.m. Days vary and includes coverage every other weekend as well as occasional holiday shifts as needed. Graduate nurses are welcome to apply!A minimum of 1 year nursing experience strongly preferredExperience as an LPN/RN in a SNF/Sub-Acute Rehab setting preferred but not required.Must possess a current valid Wisconsin driver's license and be insurable by PRS's insurance carrier.Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
