The registered nurse position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in assigned units. The registered nurse maintains accountability for his/her own practice and delegates/provides direction to other nursing personnel in the unit in accordance with their level of experience and expertise.
Qualifications include: Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. New graduates accepted. Prefer prior professional nursing experience. Must be licensed by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse in good standing. Current BLS certification required on hire. Non-violent crisis intervention training required every two years on a rolling calendar. Basic Computer competency skills are expected for this position.
Part-time, PM's/Nights, working every other Thursday from 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., Fridays from 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. and Saturdays from 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., every 3rd holiday rotation; 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
