Looking for independent, organized and structured manager for the smooth running of our small 5-bed CBRF where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new ideas. A team including an administrator and two managers from other locations who provide support, guidance, and plenty of laughter. Hours range from 20 hours per week to 40+ hours per week.
Tasks include:
Day-to-day running of office
Staff management
Resident oversight and care
Resident Dr. appointments
Schedule creation
Applicants must have:
Drivers license with reliable transportation and insurance, Adequate experience in a healthcare, nursing home, or CBRF setting, professional telephone skills, CBRF certifications, Flexibility to be on-call throughout the standard work week.
Pay starts between $13-15/hr salaried - (Depending on management experience) Paid vacation included and rotated within the management team. Bonus's given for assessments and new residents. $.50 yearly raises.
