Small five bed CBRF ( in Monona ) is currently taking applications for an CNA position. Persons applying have to be able to work 2nd & 3rd shifts ( 32+ hours per week ). Shifts will be a combination of 8 to 12 hours per shift. Were looking for FLEXIBLE mature professional individuals to help complete our personal care team. Individuals applying must be highly motivated with the ability to care for residents and complete appointed tasks by themselves. There is only one person on per shift, so multi-tasking ability is a must. Nightly tasks expected to be performed are cleaning, laundry, and meal preparations. Persons applying must have the following: 1) Two years experience of working with the elderly / frail afflicted with Alzheimer's and other types of dementia's. 2) The following State of Wisconsin DHFS required CBRF training certificates, in hand, prior to picking up an application; Standard Precautions, Medications Management, First Aide with Choking, Fire Safety, Dietary. 3) Valid drivers license with a dependable source of transportation. 4) Persons must be able to lift 80 lbs.
