Who We Are

Clock’d is an all-in-one hiring platform designed specifically for hospitality businesses. Our aim is to find the team that is right for each client whilst saving time. Our clients are bars, restaurants, and food service operations here in Wisconsin. Clock’d was started 4 years ago with the goal of providing service industry professionals an easier way to find opportunities with local businesses. Our organization works as the in-house recruiter for bars and restaurants, providing them with a managed platform designed with best practices to save them time in finding the right candidate.

The Professional’s Manager and Recruiter is at the core of Clock’d. This position is responsible for interviewing all hourly professional applicants who apply for our clients’ positions. The Professional’s Manager is responsible for moving new applicants through the pipeline whilst providing communication with applicants and clients throughout the entire process. This role is responsible for engaging with many of Clock’d professionals in a variety of formats, including but not limited to email, text, and phone calls. The position is responsible for maintaining open communication with the Account team and providing assistance or feedback on how they can better improve each client’s recruitment process.

We are looking for a team member who is an advocate for our professional candidates and comes in with an equity lens. Our Professional Manager and Recruiter sees potential in people’s success, even if someone has taken a more “non-traditional” path. The Professional Manager / Recruiter is someone who is consistent with follow-through so our clients and candidates have predictable support in the hiring process. Finally, we are looking for someone who is excited about working on a small but passionate team to help reimagine how the hospitality industry hires.

Job Requirements:

-Fluent in Spanish is required

-Previous experience working in the service industry is a plus.

-1+ Years HR or Recruiting Experience preferred, but not required.

-Applicants from an educator or sales background encouraged to apply.

-Extremely comfortable talking on the phone, and comfortable emailing and texting with a wide range of professionals.

-Access to a personal computer or laptop and strong internet connection is an absolute must.

-Strong Communication skills; personable, empathetic, and caring for others’ success.

-Strong Organizational skills; thrives in developing systems for efficiency.

-Quick to learn new skills and technology tools our company grows.

-Experience or willing to learn Monday.com (or similar project management software), Calendly (or similar scheduling tools).

-Thinking analytically and being able to interpret data about hiring or industry trends based on conversations with job candidates and clients.

-$15-$20/Hour

-1 part time (15-25 hours/week) positions available
