We are currently hiring people for part time evening cleaning positions in various Madison and Verona areas. No previous cleaning experience is necessary, just a willingness and ability to be dependable, and complete some very easy procedures. You can get paid to listen to music or audiobooks and get some light exercise as well! :-)
About us: We, Stoffels Maintenance Service Inc, are a small to medium sized janitorial service that has been serving the Dane County area for over 30 years. We are fully bonded and insured, and will provide you with needed training and equipment, to manage a part time position in an area that is convenient for you as well as offering a flexible schedule / hours to meet your needs. About you: While it is easy work, it is light physical labor so it helps if you are energetic and ready to keep moving, with ability to clean offices and rest rooms along with vacuuming and mopping. Since taking out trash is part of the job, you will need to be able to do some light lifting but never more than reasonable. Most of our positions involve working alone making them very low stress jobs but as a result, self motivation is a must. We favor the usual things, good work record and clean history allowing you to be bonded and insured. Often, these jobs are perfect for the person looking to get a few more hours in after their full time day job, or someone who wants to get out of the house for a bit after a friend or family member gets home to watch the kids, or even a retired individual looking to keep active. We can be very adaptable to try to make something work for you.
The position: Some positions are five nights a week, others are only once or twice a week. We don't have specific start times so you can choose to start earlier on nights you just want to get it done, or a bit later if you need to go to a show or a kid's soccer game first. As mentioned earlier, dependability is the important thing. Everything needed will be on location, just show up and "get er done" Paychex (the payroll service we use) are always on time and directly deposited into your bank account. Currently we have openings in East Wash, Rosa Rd, U. Ave, Broadway, and Verona areas. Starting pay is $12 an hour with room for increase depending on job and person.
