We are looking for landscape construction installers. We have 1 lead Foreman position open , 2 crew leader positions open, and we are always hiring for entry level laborers that want to further their career in the hardscape construction industry.
Lead Foreman. Starting at $22-$30/hour, year round full time with full benefits, bonuses, commissions and profit sharing. Minimum 3 years experience required with patios, retaining walls, grading, seeding and basic landscape installations. Must be able to operate bobcat and caterpillar skid loaders, track loaders, front end loaders and excavators. Must have a clean driving record with experience driving small single axle dump trucks pulling trailers. Must have experience leading a crew of 2-4 people, reading scaled plans, communicating with customers, the office and the sales team to get the jobs done in a timely manner to the standard of perfection that we require. No lay offs ever.
After 90 days, this could become a year round salaried position $44-$50k a year base salary. $10k+ a year available in bonuses. Personal Company truck, cellphone and tools provided. 2000 hours a year minimum. 40-50 hours week in summer, 30 in the winter. Snow removal required during winter months. 1 week of Paid time off after 1 year. 2 weeks after 2 years.
Standard summer hours are Monday Thursday 630 am to 5 pm, Fridays 7 am to noon. Rain delays and weather can change the schedule. NO WEEKENDS!
Crew leaders, $17-$22/hour, Full time with full benefits and profit sharing, very minimal and minor (if any) layoff only when there is large time spans between snow storms during the winter. Minimum 1 year experience required in the landscape construction industry with landscape installations. Must be able to operate bobcat and caterpillar skid loaders, Must have a clean driving record with experience driving trucks pulling trailers. Must have experience leading a crew of 1+ people. The ideal candidate would grow into a lead foreman position and would receive the above listed benefits.
General Laborers, $12-$16/hour. No experience required.
