Surgical Pack Sterilizer / Machine Operator
compensation: $13-14/hr

American Contract Systems, located in Waunakee, is a successful and growing company in the contract packaging and sterilization industry; we are seeking candidates for open Gas Injection Operator (Sterilizer) positions, available immediately.
Our team assembles and sterilizes surgical packs to be used in hospital operating rooms, so the need for accuracy and efficiency is crucial. If you are a dedicated, detail-oriented, dependable person with a positive attitude, please submit your resume for consideration.
Essential Qualifications:
Extremely detail-oriented

Must be able to follow instructions
Physical Dexterity
Positive Attitude and Great Work Ethic
Dependable (you must show up to work on time and every day)
Must be able to work overtime as required, on short notice
Ability to stand for 8 hours (except for breaks)
Speak and understand English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Medical Device product knowledge a plus, but not a requirement

Our standard hours of operation are 6am-2:30, M-F plus some overtime when needed; we offer a competitive starting wage, plus excellent benefits including medical and dental with generous employer contribution, HRA, 401k with match and a full range of supplemental benefits. In addition, we offer a $500 hiring bonus payable after 90 days full-time employment.
