Express has teamed with a manufacturer located in Deforest, WI, to fill the position of an Inspector/Packer. Our client offers raises once hired and once an evaluation period is completed. Schedules available:
1st Shift: 6a-2p (Monday - Friday)
2nd Shift: 2p-10p (Monday - Friday)
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday (10p-6a)
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Observe machine operation and alert Supervisor/Set-Up Technicians if any problems occur.
Prepare work station with materials needed to complete job
Read quality specification sheets
Inspect product for defects, comparing to pictures and product samples
Record product rejections
Alert Quality Assurance of quality issues
Trim or clip sharp edges and flash from product
Grind rejected product
Stack, mark, count, and package product
Cover employee breaks as needed
Other job duties as assigned.
