Attic Angel Community is looking for a detail oriented, project manager to coordinate renovations at multiple locations. Your ability to obtain bids, track progress and manage relationships with vendors, contractors and staff to ensure deadlines are met will be key to your success. As a member of maintenance team, you will also pitch in and help with routine maintenance, snow removal, emergency call response and on-call/weekend rotation schedule. A strong customer service focus and ability to work successfully in a team is a must.
Requirements:
- Computer proficient and knowledgeable with MS Office products
- 2-5 years experience with project management in long term care, housing industry or manufacturing preferred
- Previous electrical, plumbing, carpentry, custodial and mechanical repair ability is desirable
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Able to communicate clearly and understand directive both orally and in writing
