Part time admin assistant wanted. 20-25 hours a week. Starting pay dependent on experience and qualifications. We offer a very flexible schedule and are willing to work with the right candidate on their schedule requirements. Duties would include primarily admin (answering phone, front desk greeting, handling service work for existing clients, filing, etc.) but also could include some marketing and sales in the future. Industry experience is not a must, but customer service and service oriented work attitude is absolutely necessary! The right candidate will work towards getting licensed for insurance within 6-12 months of starting. A stay-at-home parent that wants to get out a bit during the week is usually a great fit. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, display strong problem solving ability, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

Qualifications
Customer service background
Sales background would be helpful, but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
