Term of Employment:
Caribou Property Management is seeking a full time Community Association Manager to oversee multiple condominium and homeowners associations in the Dane County area.
Scope of Work:
Broad descriptions of work include meeting with vendors, scheduling maintenance, understanding association governing documents, and meeting with Boards of Directors in order to organize and focus every association in the right direction.
Work Requirements:
Association Managers must be confident in navigating the Madison area, and have a clean driving record. Company fleet vehicles are provided while performing work duties. Business communication and customer service skills are desired. Property management experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate. This is an entry-level position with room for advancement.
