As a member of our Customer Billing team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers' Accounts Payable departments. You'll oversee the invoicing process for both new and longstanding customers ensuring accurate and complete billing. Each customer is unique and your knowledge of their individual circumstances, budgets, and contracts will play a key role in facilitating strong and lasting relationships. Over time, you'll leverage your expertise and service-oriented mindset to help Epic and our customers make smart financial decisions.
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail, judgment, and communication skills
-Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel) is a plus
-Live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI
-COVID-19 vaccination
