Our Company is looking for a team playing Office Assistant who can handle the following job functions:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone and/ or through email (Estimating and Invoicing customers, receiving payments, overseeing the progression of customers' orders and respond promptly to customer inquiries)
Maintain records/folders
Ability to maintain your cool under pressure
Extremely organized- Quick paced - Self motivator
Interpersonal skills - Desire to help and support others (staff and customers)
Company loyalty
Assist owner in all aspect of a job duties
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service orientation
Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
Must be punctual and presentable
All employees are expected to contribute in keeping the office clean.
