We are seeking a high energy applicant with computer literacy and basic administrative knowledge. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to multitask. Must have experience in excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Job duties include but are NOT limited to:
-Answering phones professionally and courteously
-Scanning and Filing
-Screening owner's calls
-Keeping office neat, clean and fully stocked
-Preparing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Research projects
-Maintain high organization skills
-Punctual and Responsible a MUST
Telephone, scheduling, filing.
Must be able to multi-task and be self-directed.
Reliable transportation needed.
