Due to our rapid growth and expanding listing business, we are looking for a Listing Assistant to join our growing real estate team. The Listing Assistant will work directly with the Broker / Listing Partner in a support role in providing a higher level of service to our selling clients while also increasing the flow of listings to the team. This position will also include the opportunity to advance to a full Listing Partner with the team.

This position requires a well-organized, service-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills,communication and attention to detail. This person will also be required to shift gears quickly to accommodate new priorities, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple complex activities simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Daily prospecting of potential seller leads.

-Schedule Listing appointment w/ potential client and the Broker / Listing Partner.

-Attend listing appointments to better understand clients needs / desires for listing their home / property.

-Prepare Comparable Market Analysis for Broker / Listing Partner.

-Prepare Listing Agreement for Broker / Listing Partner.

-Serve as liaison for Sellers from signed listing agreement through closing.

-Coordinate Open Houses with Buyers Agents and Property Owners.

-Coordinate Broker Opens (if house fits criteria).

-Coordinate and Assist with Open House events as needed.

-Perform data entry into relevant databases including CRM program, data spreadsheets, daily success tracker, etc.

-Follow company established process for Listings and utilize prepared checklists.

-Coordinate appropriate sign work and photography with appropriate Admin team members.

-Obtain / verify measurements and get current season photos for vacant land.

-Participate in daily team huddles, weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one meetings / huddles with Manager(s) or Broker.

-Participate in and complete assigned training specific to the position.

-Participate in team related activities and competitions as well as community events sponsored by the company.

-Hours may vary and will include some evenings and weekends.

Job Qualifications:

-Wisconsin Real Estate License in good standing.

-Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate or in a Customer service role that included project management, coordinating multiple vendors and meeting tight deadlines.

-Strong sense of accountability for customer experience.

-Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with staff.

-Must possess outstanding listening skills and present cool and calm demeanor when communicating with agents and clients!

-Personable with superior sense of accountability for the customer service experience that exceeds expectations and keep clients not only satisfied, but happy.

-Tech savvy with willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technology and new systems.

-Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of Google G-Mail, Google Calendar, and use of G-Drive.

-Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.

-Must have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts.

-Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with staff.

-Willing to go the extra mile to make sure things get completed by deadline without exception.

-Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills.

-Willingness to learn new programs and technology.
