Apartment Communities in Madison looking for a full time Maintenance Technician. Strong skills in apartment turn-over, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, some carpentry and good trouble shooting skills required. This is a very well-rounded position that will keep you busy day in and day out. Some over time and after hours will be required during turn overs and emergency situations. Daily responsibilities will involve resident maintenance requests, property upkeep, and preventative maintenance. Experience in property management is not necessarily required but may help.
