Role: this is a functional (HR) related role for the Workday system on the HR side of an implementation. Specifically looking for a Lead on Time Tracking

Looking for someone who has completed a workday implementation- someone who was a part of that process and on that type of project.

Soft Skill Must HAVES:
Effectively navigate stakeholders to resolve questions (example: how do you want to configure this?)
Strong ability to navigate - ask the right questions to get the right output
Important to see the connectivity in the system - ability to look at big picture
Critical thinker - Might not know all the answers but knows how to dig in and learn how to get to the answers needed.

Workday Functional Lead-Time Tracking

Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the HR functional implementation of the time tracking module of Workday.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead building of time tracking prototype tenants and migration to Production.
o Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system
• Oversee and execute system testing for time tracking
• Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration
• Understand unique business requirements and translate into system configuration
• Appropriately escalate risks
Experience Requirements:
• 7 years of experience functioning in HCM time tracking and payroll modules
• Experience with two (2) or more end-to-end implementation projects with Workday time tracking
• HCM systems experience and the technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements
• Experience with Workday time tracking implementations for multi-union organizations is helpful
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Peoplesoft experience is helpful
