Insurance Agent - Inside Sales Representative

Humana is seeking full time enthusiastic sales people in Middleton, WI that have a passion for partnering with the Medicare population to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option. In this job you will:Â
    ÂMatch consumers needs to Humanas products using a consumer centric selling approach
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Participate in both inbound and outbound call campaigns in order to maximize Humanas growth potential
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Work independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily

Required Qualifications
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ High School Diploma or GED
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Valid Health Insurance license in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain
    ÂMust exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Available to work any call center hours of operation including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Sales, customer service or call center experience
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Business development or Medicare/Life/Dental insurance sales experience preferred
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Associates or Bachelors degree
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Polish, etc. Must be able to speak, read and write without limitations or assistance

Please note that as part of the requirement for the Telesales Agent, you must hold or have the ability to obtain a Florida State Health Insurance license. Please be aware that in order to begin the process with your states insurance agency, you will be required to answer several background questions including, but not limited to the following:

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Misdemeanors related to the Financial Service Business
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Other criminal activity
