Paid Holidays and Vacations. Regular pay rate reviews for raises.
Skilled Carpenter: Qualifications -
Minimum of 5 years experience in remodeling with references.
Dependable to show up for work ready to perform duties as directed.
Must be able to work well with others and alone as needed.
Experience in framing, drywall, window and door installs. siding etc. (Pay based on experience level)
Power tools supplied, must have own hand tools and pouch etc.
Ability to read and understand prints and plans.
Pay Rate to start - $17/hr and Up - Based on experience and performance.
Laborer: Qualifications -
Reliable vehicle and license.
Some experience in remodeling preferred but will train the right person.
Must be dependable to show up daily and work as directed.
Willing to listen and learn with a good attitude is a must.
Must be respectful of co workers and customers while in their homes.
Pay Rate to start - $13/hr and up.
