Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Superior Skilled Trades is currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers and Carpenters for residential and commercial construction projects in the Madison, WI area. Positions Available
Residential Carpenters – High-End Homes and Pole Barns
As a carpenter, you’ll perform a wide range of tasks on custom-built, high-end residential homes and pole barns — from framing to detailed finish work. The ideal candidate is precise, efficient, and maintains the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential, pole barn, and light commercial projects
Frame walls, roofs, floors, staircases, and pole barn structures
Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and other detailed finishes
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Requirements:
3–5 years of residential carpentry experience
Strong finish carpentry skills (trim, cabinetry, molding, etc.)
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read blueprints
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Proper use of PPE (work boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Concrete Finishers – Residential and Commercial
As a concrete finisher, you’ll be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Candidates should have a solid understanding of mix designs, finishing techniques, and concrete curing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Place, spread, and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, driveways, and structural elements
Operate power trowels, screeds, and finishing tools
Smooth, level, and texture concrete surfaces to specifications
Set forms, grade, and ensure proper slope and alignment
Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet quality and time requirements
Maintain a safe and efficient job site
Requirements:
2–4 years of concrete finishing experience
Knowledge of hand and power finishing tools
Ability to read site plans and elevations
Reliable transportation and proper use of PPE
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Authorized to work in the U.S.
