Drywall Repair & Texture Sprayer – Lake Mills, WI

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays if needed), 40 hrs/week
Job Summary:
Our client in the Lake Mills area is seeking a skilled Drywall Repair and Texture Sprayer to complete repairs and finishes in a professional, timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Perform drywall repairs, touch-ups, and texture/paint applications
Operate spray equipment and other tools safely and efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles
Clean up job sites, including dust, debris, and masking removal
Load/unload materials and return scaffold/leftover materials to the shop
Mix materials and backroll paint as needed
Document billable time and materials
Ensure overall quality and completeness of work
Requirements:
Valid regular driver’s license
Oral communication skills
Knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and repair methods
Forklift experience preferred
Able to lift 60+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and self-motivated
Professional and courteous demeanor
Drywall repair and spray experience preferred
Physical Demands:
