We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator/Forman that can also run a job start to finish so you would need to be able to do the assigned jobs start to finish with No assistance. must be an experienced finish operator and have knowledge of electronic laser & how to use it the jobs & tasks

Shorelines
Grading
Excavating
Ponds
Parking lots
Gravel work
Haul roads
Land clears
Ditching
Drain tile
Retaining walls
Some pipe work
Land reconstruction
NRCS projects
DNR projects
Etc if it can be done with heavy equipment we can do it or may get called to do it. Position is full time year round but does come with paid vacation, flexible hours, benefits available after probation period. Must have CDL and willing to to drive truck if needed. We have dirt crew, logging crews, firewood division, n trucking so work is very busy being diversified and we have work into next year already so very busy. We have over 70 pieces of equipment between semis, trailers, dump trucks, Excavators, dozers, skid loaders, processors, attachments etc we also have a full time mechanic on staff to keep it all going ! Position is immediate opening with different pay options and possibly a company truck. Prefer you live within a 45 minutes of shop or be willing to relocate.
