Madison Sourdough is hiring a Distribution Manager. Candidates should have a clean driving record, be comfortable working early morning hours, have a solution focused management style, and be a good communicator. All deliveries are within a 20 mile radius of Madison.

Job Description
-Proficiency on all delivery routes. We have 3 daily routes; 2 beginning at 2:30 am and 1 beginning at 6 am. Ideally the manager would deliver at 6 am a few days of the week and help coordinate routes through the morning, but early shifts should be covered as needed.
-Training new delivery drivers.
-Scheduling
-Leadership of drivers during delivery hours.
-Manage routes for maximum efficiency.
-Maintain merchandising at grocery stores
-Maintain and coordinate vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
4 vehicles:
2 cargo vans
1 Transit
1 Nissan truck
-Join the Madison Sourdough leadership team and be a voice for the delivery team.
Compensation is competitive, $18-$20, depending on experience and skills.
Health Insurance is offered after 60 days of employment.
