As a member of the direct care team, the CNA is responsible and accountable for complete and accurate collection and recording of data, completion of routine and delegated direct patient care activities and communicating and collaborating with the Registered Nurse to prioritize workload.WORK SHIFTVariable shifts including a weekend and holiday rotationJOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: High school diploma or equivalentEXPERIENCEMinimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: Experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.Minimum Required: Must have or has had a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification awarded by the State of Wisconsin .
