This individual provides a welcoming first impression while simultaneously upholding compliance screening and visitor policy standards. The Point of Entry Ambassador will use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot challenges, offer resolutions, demonstrate appropriate empathy for unique circumstances and will reach out to leaders and others as needed to support a positive experience for those entering our facilities. This individual will also communicate and interact effectively with those who enter the facility in a professional and helpful manner.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required : Completion of sophomore year in high school.Preferred/Optional: High school diploma or equivalent.EXPERIENCEMinimum Required: NonePreferred/Optional: Health care reception / registration experience and general knowledge of medical terminology.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
