Good Understanding and follow incident management and change management processes (Must)
Keep track of daily, weekly and monthly reports on incidents and RCAs. (Must)
Owns a specific Incident from initial report to resolution (Must)
Resolving incidents within the SLA window and having good knowledge about SLA/SLPs (Must)
Owns the ticket for a specific Incident, Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant Service Level. (Must)
Performing daily network engineering tasks related to the health and availability of the network. Maintaining network stability, traffic monitoring and analysis to improve performance, and troubleshooting hardware, software and operating systems. (Must)
Demonstrated knowledge with network communication technologies (Must)
Strong understanding of LAN Switching technologies (VLANs) (Must)
Excellent Knowledge on Networking (Switching, Routing) (Must)
Good knowledge of routing protocols including static, dynamic (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP) and PBR
LAN communications (including 802.1q-based VLANs, link aggregation & Cisco VTP) (Must)
WAN communications (including ML-PPP, frame relay & ATM, MPLS) (Desirable)
Clear understanding of 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards and related components (Must)
Excellent Knowledge on Wireless Controller and Access Points troubleshooting (Must)
