Job Title: Network SME -L3
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Technical Skills:
  • Good Understanding and follow incident management and change management processes (Must)
  • Keep track of daily, weekly and monthly reports on incident and RCAs. (Must)
  • Owns a specific Incident from initial report to resolution (Must)
  • Resolving incidents within the SLA window and having good knowledge about SLA/SLPs (Must)
  • Owns the ticket for a specific Incident, Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant Service Level. (Must)
  • Performing daily network engineering tasks related to the health and availability of the network. Maintaining network stability, traffic monitoring and analysis to improve performance, and troubleshooting hardware, software and operating systems. (Must)
  • Demonstrated knowledge with network communication technologies (Must)
  • Strong understanding of LAN Switching technologies (VLANs) (Must)
  • Excellent Knowledge on Networking (Switching, Routing) (Must)
  • Good knowledge of routing protocols including static, dynamic (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP) and PBR
  • LAN communications (including 802.1q-based VLANs, link aggregation & Cisco VTP) (Must)
  • WAN communications (including ML-PPP, frame relay & ATM, MPLS) (Desirable)
  • Clear understanding of 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards and related components (Must)
  • Excellent Knowledge on Wireless Controller and Access Points troubleshooting (Must)
  • CSMA/CA, RTS, CTS protocols, RF transmission, Antennas, IEEE 802.11 standards (a, b, g), 802.1x Wi-Fi, 802.1Q Trunking, Ether channel. (Must)Demonstrated knowledge with network security (Must)
  • In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Juniper firewalls, like ACL, Remote Access VPN, IPSEC VPN, NAT, PAT, Clustering,
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Select and implement security tools, firewalls, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team.
  • Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with Infoblox DNS and DHCP
  • Configuring & troubleshooting DNS & DHCP on Infoblox DDI infrastructure
  • Good knowledge in troubleshooting and working on Packet shaper tools

  • Ability to work in a multi- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause. In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, has ability to summarize prognosis and impact at practice lead level.
  • Supporting a global multi-site enterprise level 24x7x365 mission critical Security network environment.

Qualifications:
  • Typically possesses 6+ years of experience in related network field
  • Typically possesses Certification in related field of data network Communication and/or Network security
  • Any Degrees - B.E/B.TECH/M.TECH/BSC/MCA

Certification:
  • CCNA, CCNP(R&S), CCIE(R&S) , CCNA (Wireless), CCNP (Wireless) JNCIA (Security), JNCIS-Sec, JNCIP-Sec (Must) , JNCIE-Sec (Optional)
  • ITILv3 (Desirable)

Skills:
  • PRIMARY COMPETENCY : Network PRIMARY SKILL : Routing & Switching
