Apex Systems is looking for a Support Technician for one of our clients in Madison on a contract-to-hire basis. Must be committed to a night shift role- 6p- 6a, working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday.
-This will be working onsite at the client facility

Role- working in the Data Center, 20% of role- monitoring alarms in data center & escalate when need be; 70% of role-building and re-imaging laptops and troubleshooting this. 10% of role monitoring client billing applications because jobs are submitted to this system 24/7.
Job Description:
This team also performs responsibilities related to data center facilities, data processing and security, including monitoring and responding to alerts, management of vendor data center access, routine system administration, "remote-hands" service for data center systems, and management of removable media in the data center and at offsite vault locations. Operations support provides 24/7 data center facility support.
