Creates great client experiences through intelligent communication around tactical marketing deliverables. You serve as the daily contact for clients and the liaison between client and designers, developers, content and SEO specialists. You organize, plan and hold the client and iNET accountable for the successful delivery of work (on time and at or under budget).
The ideal candidate:
Has a solid understanding of SEO / Google Analytics
Can have hard conversations
Can manage client communications (status emails, review and approval of deliverables, scheduling meetings, etc.)
Can attend client meetings, documenting all decisions, deliverables, next steps, timelines, expectations, etc
Can create project plans and roadmap milestones to ensure all projects meet deadlines
Can maintain organization for client folders in shared Google drive
Can argue with numbers
Can secure timely feedback and approvals from clients
Is a strong and responsive written and verbal communicator
Has experience working in a client facing role as an account manager or project manager in an agency setting
Can educate clients on SEO
Has experience in an account management, project management, or strategy role
Will learn to use Zoho project management for to build timelines and tasks
