We’re growing & looking for a Full-Time Floor Manager who will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient and attentive service to our loyal guests. Minimum 2 years fast paced, fine dining management experience required. Must be able to motivate a successful team.
We are a family style supper club that is looking for a strong, professional & friendly manager.
- Average 45 Hours Per week. 5 Days a Week (Tues – Sat)
- SUN & MON OFF Except NYE & Valentine’s Day
- Competitive Salary PLUS Guaranteed Bonus
- OFF Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day & 1st week of July (PAID)
- Monthly Dining Out Expense
Managers Must Be Able to:
- Focus on hospitality & customer service Required Skills: Working Knowledge of Aloha POS & OpenTable
-Work well in a fast paced, high-energy environment
- Handle concerns in an effective, calm & professional manner, diffusing and de-escalating challenging situations
- Train all potential servers in fine dining, professional service
- Promote teamwork & positive work environment
- Establish effective relationships with guests & the community
- Efficiently problem-solve in a high pressure environment

Pay: $52,500.00 - $63,700.00 per year
