Michelle's Motherly Hands Childcare, LLC is looking for professional, experienced and flexible full-time teacher for our center. This position requires a person to be at work on time every day and ready to be very hands on with the children. I am looking for dedicated team players who are caring and passionate individuals who love working with children. The age group I am looking for is a Lead Infant Room Teacher to work with ages 4 weeks to 2 years old.
You will be required to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans. A mandatory requirement will be to make sure you are hands on with the development of the babies. It is important that all children are introduced to all areas of development in preparing for school. All teachers are expected to work as a team in upholding the center's philosophy and mission statement in creating a fun and safe learning environment.
Courses required will include ECI and EC II, CPR, Shaken Baby Syndrome, Child Abuse and Neglect and other required Continuing Education hours per state regulations. YOU MUST HAVE A REGISTRY CERTIFICATE FROM THE WISCONSIN STATE REGISTRY, MUST BE AT LEAST A LEVEL 7 OR HIGHER ON THE REGISTRAY, AND HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE to be considered for this position. Must pass a background check. College students and retirees are welcome.
